Anyone from the former Soviet republics is invited to learn about American ways of life and discover his/her Jewish heritage through the Russian Jewish Life program at the Jewish Community Center of Metropolitan Detroit.

The Russian Jewish Life Program provides educational opportunities that focus on different aspects of American life and history, the history of Israel, Jewish culture, religion, traditions and holidays.

We also offer opportunities to learn ways of preserving the culture of Russian ancestry for future generations. We have lectures, literary and musical events, field trips, dance programs and more.

To receive our monthly calendar of events by mail, call 248.967.4030, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., or provide your e-mail address to Ben Opengeym, director Russian Jewish Life.
