EVALUATION SKATE

SUNDAY APRIL 11th

Inside the Jewish Community Center
Located In West Bloomfield on the
corner of Maple And Drake

 

There Will be 2 skate sessions

First one beginning at 8:00p.m.

Second one beginning at 9:00p.m.

 

Everyone who will be joining the league MUST

- Date of birth

 

- Email Address

 

- Phone Number (Cell preferred)

 

 

Everyone will recieve an E-Mail before the evaluation skate
to confirm the time you will be skating on the 11th!

 

Cost of the league will be $250 for all players, goalies play for free!!
We will be having 15 guaranteed games this season instead of 12 like the past 2 seasons! Payments must be paid in FULL on April 11 at the evaluation skate
or you will not be entered into the draft!

(NO EXCEPTIONS)

 

Everyone will be contacted the following day of the evaluation skate by their captain to confirm the team your on.

 

Games will be played on Wednesday and Sunday nights!
