Center Fitness

Center Fitness offers top-of-the-line equipment and more than 75 weekly classes, everything from Aerobics to Zumba, to help you get in shape and stay in shape!

Lift weights and gain strength, head to the rowing machine and build muscles, or jump on the treadmill and give your heart a terrific workout (while you catch up on your favorite TV program). Professional attendants are on the floor to help you learn how to use equipment, and highly qualified, knowledgeable and certified personal trainers are available for one-on-one or small group (two to four persons) sessions for those wishing a more focused program. Center Fitness also includes two great indoor tracks and an outdoor track with a breathtaking nature trail. And for those who love the water, we offer two beautiful, heated indoor pools and an outdoor pool where you can have fun while getting in shape during one of our Wet Jam or Hydrotone classes.

As an Executive Fitness or Fitness member, you will have access to all of these – plus you’ll receive discounts to Center Day Camps, the Pitt Child Development Center, tickets to The Berman Center for the Performing Arts, our spectacular arts, cultural and educational programming and much more at the JCC!
