Center Sports offers a variety of programs for
people of all ages, from toddler to adult, and
activity levels. Classes include, but are not
limited to, sports, health, fitness and wellness.The Sports and Recreation Department strives
to ensure quality programs for our participants.

of the class is very important: We need to know
if there are enough children to hold the class and

MEN'S COMPETITIVE BASKETBALL LEAGUE
This JCC league offers divisions for players 18 years and over and 35 years and over. We provide certified officials and scorekeepers, eight regular season games, playoffs and championships, and trophies for the top two teams. The season is underway. NEW CLASS!
INTRODUCTION TO MARTIAL ARTS
This class, for those 8 and older, will teach traditional self-defense, with an emphasis on proper form and correct technique. In addition, participants will improve balance, flexibility and coordination while learning self-discipline and mental awareness.
Introduction to Martial Arts will sharpen your focus and assist in all your physical activities and athletic endeavors. The class
is taught by David Singer, 2nd-degree black belt in Tang Soo Do. Meets in the Fitness Center Aerobics Room.
You may purchase uniforms through the instructor.
Class meets Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m.,
beginning June 24.

The cost is $95 for Center members, $115 for non-members.
