About this class...

This class is a Yang-style Chinese martial art practice known as "meditation in motion." It is performed in a slow, deliberate manner and can improve circulation, balance, and joint flexibility. It can also reduce stress and increase relaxation. There are many other benefits to Tai Chi training and it is available at any level or ability.
