Fitness Facilities

Lift weights and gain strength, head to the rowing machine and build muscle, jump on the treadmill and give your heart a terrific workout (while you catch up on your favorite TV program), or take part one of our more than 70 weekly group exercise classes. Professional attendants are on the floor to help you learn how to use equipment, and highly qualified, knowledgeable and certified personal trainers are available for one-on-one or small group (two to four persons) sessions for those desiring a more focused program.

We also feature two great indoor tracks and an outdoor track with a breathtaking nature trail. And for those who love the water, we offer three beautiful, heated pools: a 25-yard, eight lane indoor pool; a 25-meter, six lane outdoor pool; and a separate indoor children's pool.

We welcome everyone to use our facilities regardless of experience, ability, race or religion.
