LAUREL RIVERA – PERSONAL TRAINER
Laurel has over 15 years’ experience in fitness. She helps clients realistically determine how to fit training and nutrition in their daily schedule and life style. Laurel specializes in training for all ages; students, men and women. This includes weightlifting and strength training, endurance, specialized sport training, chronic injuries (back, knee, shoulders, arthritis, etc...), core strengthen, group sessions and weight loss.
Laurel approaches training using a variety of equipment; stability balls, medicine balls, trx, resistant bands, bosu ball, weights, cables, cardio equipment and personal body weight.

In addition to her work as a Fit Pro, Dena is also a musician, pianist, percussionist, singer and song writer and has always enjoyed mixing great music and movement.
