The JCC offers more than 70 weekly group exercise classes that are taught by qualified instructors who love to motivate and inspire. From beginner to advanced, Abs Training to Zumba, there’s something for everyone regardless of age, experience or ability.
Lift weights and gain strength, head to the rowing machine and build muscles, or jump on the treadmill and give your heart a terrific workout. We also feature two great indoor tracks and an outdoor track with a breathtaking nature trail, and three heated pools.
Our knowledgeable and nationally certified personal trainers can make all the difference in your exercise program. All personal trainers are CPR/AED certified and are knowledgeable in the current trends in health and wellness.
